Цели и задачи: пополнение учебного и концертного репертуара современной музыкой. Привлечение молодежи к искусству игры на классической гитаре.

Goals and objectives: the replenishment of an academic and concert repertoire with modern music. Engaging young people into the arts of playing the classical guitar.
Участники конкурса
В конкурсе может принять участие гитаристы и коллективы из любой страны и любого возраста.
Participants of the contest
Guitarists and collectives from any country and of any age can take part in the competition.
Порядок проведения конкурса
Конкурс проводится по видеозаписям, выложенных на сайте
http://www.youtube.com/ и оценивается авторами музыки. Победители конкурса получают дипломы и звание лауреатов и дипломантов 1, 2, и 3 степени. Остальные участники награждаются почётными грамотами. В дипломы и грамоты вписывается, как имя, фамилия участника, так и Ф.И.О. преподавателя. Дипломы, грамоты и благодарственные письма высылаются в электронном виде. Особым призом будет бесплатное участие в Международном конкурсе «Ренессанс гитары» 12-14 апреля 2019 года и в мастер классах Игоря Шошина по импровизации на гитаре летом 2019 года.
The Order of the Contest
The contest is held on videos posted on the site http://www.youtube.com/ and which are estimated by the authors of the music. The winners of the competition receive diplomas and the title of laureates or diploma holders of 1, 2, and 3 degrees. The rest of the participants are awarded with honourable letters. In diplomas and certificates it is entered the name and surname of the participant as well as the full name of the teacher. Diplomas, honourable letters and gratifying letters are sent in electronic form. A special prize will be a free participation in the International Competition "Renaissance of the Guitar" held on April 12-14, 2019 and in master classes of Igor Shoshin on improvisation on the guitar in summer of 2019.

I категория. До 10 лет (включительно); II категория. 11- 12 лет (включительно); III категория. 13-15 лет (включительно); IV категория. 16-20 лет. V категория. От 21 года. (Возраст конкурсантов определяется по дате: 01.03.2018. В ансамблях категория определяется по старшему участнику)
Время исполнения программы не ограничено. Возможно исполнение по нотам. Дополнение необходимых партий в ансамблях также возможно.

Category III. 13-15 y.o. (inclusive).
Category IV. 16-20 y.o. (inclusive).
Category V. From 21 y.o. and older.
The age of participants is determined by the date 01.03.2018. In ensembles the category is determined by the oldest participant.
The running time of the program is not limited. It is possible to perform on notes. Addition of the necessary parties in ensembles is also possible.

Условия конкурса
Конкурс проводится в один тур, на котором конкурсант(ы) исполняют два произведения, по одному каждого композитора. Два произведения составляют конкурсную заявку. Количество конкурсных заявок от одного исполнителя или ансамбля не ограничено. Оцениваться будет каждое произведение отдельно.
Жюри: Олег Копенков и Игорь Шошин (Беларусь). Каждый автор оценивает свои произведения и выявляет лучшего исполнителей своей музыки в каждой категории.
Requirements of the Contest
The contest is held in one round, where the contestant performs two pieces, one by each of the composers. Two pieces compile a competitive applications. The number of competitive applications from one performer or ensemble is not limited. Each piece is estimated separately.
The Jury: Oleg Kopenkov and Igor Shoshyn (Belarus). Each author estimates a performing of his own pieces and chooses the best performers of his music in each category.
Участники конкурса могут внести благотворительный взнос на развитие конкурса 10 Евро по курсу национального банка в валюте своей страны за каждую конкурсную заявку любой номинации и категории. Взнос будет использован на подготовку, организацию оплату работы жюри Международного конкурса «Новый аккорд» и Международного конкурса «Ренессанс гитары».
The participants of the contest can make a charitable contribution for the development of the contest in amount of 10 Euro at the national bank rate in currency of their country for each competitive application of any nomination and category. The contribution will be used for the preparation, organization and payment for the work of the jury of the International Contest "New Accord" and the International Competition "Renaissance of the Guitar".
Взнос вносится на территории Республики Беларусь. Деньги можно внести в любом банке г. Гомель, указав в назначении платежа «Благотворительный взнос на развитие конкурсов «Новый аккорд» и «Ренессанс гитары».
The contribution is made on the territory of Belarus Republic. Money can be paid at any bank of Gomel, you must point out "Charitable contribution for the development of the contests "New Accord" and "Renaissance of the Guitar".

Технические требования:
Конкурсное выступление, записанное на видео самим участником, выкладывается в YouTube. Каждая пьеса записывается отдельным файлом. Запись не должна прерываться. На видео должно быть понятно, кто и на чем играет. В названии каждого видео должны быть указаны: имя, фамилия автора, название произведения, название конкурса, исполняет — своё имя, фамилия (название коллектива), страна и город на английском языке.

A competitive performance recorded on video by the participant is uploaded on YouTube. Each piece is recorded in a separate file. The recording should not be interrupted. On the video it should be clear who is performing and what kind of the instrument he (she) is playing. In the title of each video it must be stated the name and surname of the piece's author, the name of the piece, the name of the contest as well as the name and surname of the performer (the name of the collective), the country and the city he (she) is from (they are from) in English.
